As of 2nd November 2016 we will be double boxing all pop vinyl orders in order to give it maximum protection. As we will be paying the extra amount for the box and additional shipping due to increase in parcel weight, we will no longer be replacing damaged pop vinyl boxes. At checkout we will have a new option to take out parcel insurance for $3. This will allow you to lodge a claim with your local carrier to get a refund of the item. At this point they will take the item from you and refund you the cost if successful. This insurance claim process is independent of us therefore you will need to contact your local carrier not Daveyboystoys.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Funko Pop Vinyls are a mass produced item, and as such there may be errors made during the manufacturing process. The errors may include paint work, creases, discolouration, or scuff marks on the product and packaging.
These products have been deemed fit for retail markets by our supplier. We recommend that if you have a particular issue with the quality of Funko's products, please contact Funko through their website at www.funko.com to provide that feedback.
Unfortunately we cannot replace for any of these errors. We do however check all of the items the best we can to ensure that only quality products are sent to our customers.
For those collectors who are seeking a perfectly intact box, this may not always occur. Please be aware that the box is handled by an external postal provider and may be damaged during transit. We do not replace for damaged boxes, however if we can secure a replacement box, we will send this to you in your next order.
In the event that you would like to return an item as you are not happy with the product, this must be done at your own postage cost.
We also will refund the cost of the product and not for original postage as this is an external cost.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Whilst we aim to ship within 24 hours of a purchase, on occasion this cannot be guaranteed.
When we have a high volume of sales this may be slightly delayed, particularly during the Christmas Period and other mass release dates.
On Saturday, Sunday and Monday no post will be sent as our contracted postal service do not collect post on these days.
